The process begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your plans, priorities and what you’re hoping to achieve in France. Following this, you’ll receive guidance on suitable locations, an introduction to the French buying process and practical advice on how to approach your search effectively.
Next steps
From there, I offer a Full Property Consultation Service which is a staged approach, allowing you to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. If you decide to continue, I’ll begin compiling a carefully considered shortlist of properties that match your requirements and preferences.
Ongoing search and support
I’ll continue liaising with French agents on your behalf, monitoring new listings, filtering unsuitable properties and helping you focus on opportunities that genuinely fit your brief. Through regular conversations, we can refine your search as your ideas, priorities or circumstances evolve.
Making an offer
Once you’ve identified a property you’d like to pursue — whether that’s a finished home, a renovation project or land for a future build — I can assist with communicating your offer to the selling agent, supporting negotiations and helping you navigate the next stages of the purchase process through to completion.
